POLYESTER It generally most-using in various field. Using in high-temperature & high- humidity have to be careful for alkali gas and hydrolysis POLYPROPYLENE Excellent for resistance to acid and resistance to alkali, it is suitable for handling exhaust gas under 90℃ ACRYLIC Excellent for high temperature, resistance to acid (SOX). But it can’t apply to hydrolysis Heat-proof NYLON It is suitable for exhaust gas under 190 degree, but it is not suitable for acid gas. POLYIMIDE It has excellent heat-resistance and acid resistance, but I have to be careful to use in high-humidity and alkali gas. PPS It has great chemical resistance, but weak for oxidizing agent and bromine. GLASS It has excellent heat-resistance and we suggest it have to be draw filtration rate under 1m/min. PTFE It has excellent heat-resistance, chemical resistance, detach of dust PTFE/GLASS It is a combined fiber (PTFE + 15% of Glass). It is excellent for heat-resistance, chemical resistance and also favorable for detach of accumulation. |
